Welcome to Eufora Salon and Spa. By booking an appointment or utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist/therapist.

Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next guest.

3. Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your service, as certain treatments may not be recommended.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or if a treatment poses a health risk to the guest or staff.

4. Payments and Refunds

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact our management team within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns. Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened and accompanied by a receipt.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goa, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
